SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns/Exchanges: 

Each purchase is made to order and shipped within 1-2 business days. Due to the nature of the handcrafted items, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. 

Ring size exchange: read FAQs below or email us for questions on our ring exchange policy. 

 

Cancellations: 

We accept cancellation requests made within 1 hour of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

What warranties do you offer?
Tidal Crafts has a 1 year limited warranty on our jewelry. Email us at tidalcraftsjewelry@gmail.com. If you pay to ship the jewelry to us to repair, we will repair the jewelry and waive the shipping fee to ship it back. If the repair is not fixable, we will apply 50% off a replacement item. Please keep order # or create an account to save past purchases.

I just got my ring but it doesn't fit! What do I do? 
If you have purchased the wrong ring size and would like to exchange it, ship the new, unworn ring back to us. We will send you correct size. Shipping fee will be applied to the order unless additional items are purchased and the order is $35+.

Do you do custom work?
We do personalize jewelry for most all products. Please leave a detailed note in the carts page of what colors, size, metal, etc., you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your customization.  Please feel free to email us with order details. We check our emails daily.
